Typically, family and friends who have not experienced anything like what you and I have in losing a spouse hold to an impression that we should have our lives back together in short order, within a few, quick months. When you married your spouse, the words, “until death do us part,” were said as a matter of course, borne of tradition. But we really give little thought to the phrase.
